The Rivers Registry is a clearinghouse of rivers conservation plans that were completed with funding support from DCNR. These plans have been approved for placement on the registry by DCNR’s Bureau of Recreation and Conservation because they meet or exceed the minimum standards of the Rivers Conservation Planning Program (DOC).
Many state agencies and regional partners use this registry to better understand potential impacts of and mitigation opportunities for developments, roadway infrastructure, and similar projects.
The Rivers Registry Map (PDF) illustrates the geographic area covered by each plan.
The map corresponds to the Rivers Registry List (PDF), which gives the name of the plan. Where possible, electronic versions of the Rivers Conservation Plans also are provided.
