Milton State Park is on an island on the West Branch Susquehanna River between Milton Borough and West Milton. Shikellamy State Park
Shikellamy State Park is in Union and Northumberland counties. The 54-acre Shikellamy Marina is on the southern tip of Packers Island at the confluence of the West Branch and North Branch Susquehanna River, and offers hiking and biking trails, a marina, and boat launch.
The 78-acre Shikellamy Overlook is on the western shore of the Susquehanna River. A 360-foot cliff overlooks the confluence of the branches of the Susquehanna River.
McCalls Dam State Park
The sound of White Deer Creek pervades the quiet, remote McCalls Dam State Park. Majestic pines, hemlocks, maples, and oaks reach for the sky around the small picnic area.
Bald Eagle State Forest surrounds the eight-acre McCalls Dam State Park.
Sand Bridge State Park
Rapid Run’s lovely murmur and the sounds of birds pervade the lovely picnic spot of Sand Bridge State Park. Rustic picnic pavilions hug the side of Seven Notch Mountain, conveniently at the side of PA 192. Fishing is an additional activity in the park.
