Raymond B. Winter State Park Campground Map (PDF)

♿  The 61-site campground accommodates tents, trailers, and motor homes, and opens in mid-April and closes in mid-December.

Most campsites have electric hook-ups. Each site differs slightly in elevation and scenery, and is equipped with:

  • Picnic table
  • Lantern holder
  • Fire ring

The campground provides:

  • Showers
  • Handwashing facilities
  • Sanitary dump station
  • Drinking water
  • Playground

Pets are permitted on designated campsites for a fee.

Free Camping for Campground Hosts

One host position

The campground host site has amenities that include 50-amp electric service and water hookup.

The host is required to assist park personnel for 40 hours-per-week, with a two-week minimum stay.

Camping Cottages

♿  Three camping cottages in the campground open in mid-April and close in mid-December.

Each cottage sleeps five people and has:

  • Wooden walls and floors
  • Windows
  • Electric lights and outlets
  • Electric heat
  • Bunkbeds
  • Skylights
  • Porch
  • Picnic table and fire ring
  • Nearby shower house

The cottages require a two-night minimum stay with advance reservations. A one-night stay is accepted for walk-ins.
