    I-80 – 115 C1, LLC of Stroudsburg, PA has applied for a National Pollutant Discharge and Elimination System permit related to construction of six lots and warehouses along State Route 115 Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County. The facilities would be used for storage purposes.
