    Chambersburg Waste Paper Co. (CWP) is an existing recycling and waste hauling corporation located in Chambersburg, Franklin County. CWP has applied to DEP to permit a Municipal Waste Transfer Station that would allow for recycling additional waste, and increase service to its customers. The application was deemed administratively complete on January 19, 2023.
