Sherman’s Valley Aggregates submitted an application to conduct noncoal surface mining activities on the property of Centre Lime and Stone Company in Centre Township, Perry County. The permit area consists of 29.3 acres, with stormwater to be discharged to an unnamed tributary to the Little Juniata River.
