    The .gov means its official.

    Local, state, and federal government websites often end in .gov. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania government websites and email systems use "pennsylvania.gov" or "pa.gov" at the end of the address. Before sharing sensitive or personal information, make sure you're on an official state website. 

    Miners who have misplaced a Pennsylvania certification should email RA-EPBMSREG@pa.gov and provide the following information:

    1. The subject line should read: Request for Certificate Copy
    2. In the body of the email, please provide the following:
      • Name of certifications that you would like to receive a duplicate of
      • First and last name
      • Date of birth
      • Last four numbers of your social security number
      • Telephone number
