  • Delaware River Basin Commission Flood Advisory Committee
  • Delaware River Basin Interstate Flood Mitigation Task Force
  • Susquehanna River Basin Commission Flood Forecast & Warning Committee
  • Wyoming Valley Levee Raising Project Mitigation Advisory Board
  • Wheeling Creek Watershed Protection & Flood Prevention Commission
