    Pennsylvania State Programmatic General Permit Documents & Links

    As part of DEP’s Joint Permit Application Process with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to develop a one-stop-shop through DEP, the federal Pennsylvania State Programmatic General Permit (PASPGP) can be issued by DEP in most instances.
