    The 2012 Oil and Gas Act authorizes TAB to submit a report to the Environmental Quality Board (EQB) on the Department's final Chapter 78 and 78a regulation. TAB accepted public comment and prepared a report that will be considered by EQB at its next regularly scheduled meeting on February 3, 2016.
