    Kim Kreiser, a seasoned human resource leader, was appointed Deputy for Administration on March 15, 2025.  She is the principal advisor to The Adjutant General, Executive Deputy Secretary, and Department officials on all matters pertaining to the administration of program areas within the Bureau of Human Resources, Bureau of Budget and Finance, Bureau of Office Services, and Bureau of Information Technology.

    Ms. Kreiser has over 25 years’ experience with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, She served in several agencies within the Commonwealth, including Department of Community and Economic Development, Department of State, and the Department of Military and Veteran Affairs for nearly 20 years.  She has devoted her career to Human Resources excelling in employee relations, leadership, strategic planning, and project management.  She served as the Human Resource Manager since 2020.  During her tenure, she implemented transformative programs that included workforce strategies which enhanced employee engagement and streamlined operational efficiencies.

    Outside of her professional endeavors, Kim cherishes time with her family in Elizabethville, Pa, where she and her husband Jarrod enjoy being proud grandparents to Aurora and Max.  They also have two adult children, Samantha and Matthew.
