Laws, Acts, and Regulations

The Ethics Commission is responsible for administering and enforcing the Ethics Act and some provisions of the Lobbying Disclosure Law.   We are also responsible for determining who is subject to various employment and financial interest restrictions contained in the Gaming Act, the Video Gaming Act, and the Medical Marijuana Act.
