Income Maintenance Caseworker
Department of Human Services
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Dauphin County, PA
ORDER SUMMARY:
1. Raymond Stanley (“Stanley”), as an Income Maintenance Caseworker with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (“Department of Human Services”), failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act (“Ethics Act”), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when he failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 with the Department of Human Services.
2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Stanley at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Stanley is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by utilizing the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission’s electronic payment system or by forwarding to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission a check made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.
3. Stanley is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 with the Department of Human Services by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, with one copy forwarded to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission for compliance verification purposes.
4. Failure to comply with Paragraph 2 or 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.
Order No. 819-S (Pendelton)
Tax Examiner 2
Department of Revenue
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Dauphin County, PA
ORDER SUMMARY:
1. Chyna Pendelton (“Pendelton”), as a Tax Examiner 2 with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue (“Department of Revenue), failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act, 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when she failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2022 with the Department of Revenue.
2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Pendelton at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day her Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2022 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). ORDER SUMMARY:
1. Brian Gerber (“Gerber”), as a Corrections Unit Manager with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act, 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when he failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2023 with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.
2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Gerber at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2023 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Gerber is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by utilizing the Commission’s electronic payment system or by forwarding to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission a check made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.
3. Order No. 821-S (Pfettscher)
Transportation Construction Inspector
Department of Transportation
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Philadelphia County, PA
ORDER SUMMARY:
1. Jack Pfettscher (“Pfettscher”), as a Transportation Construction Inspector with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act, 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when he failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2022 with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Pfettscher at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2022 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Pfettscher is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by utilizing the Commission’s electronic payment system or by forwarding to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission a check made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.
3. Pfettscher is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2022 with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, with one copy forwarded to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission for compliance verification purposes.
4. Failure to comply with Paragraph 2 or 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.
Order No. 822-S (Altman)
Constable/Deputy Constable
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Forest County, PA
ORDER SUMMARY:
1. Eric Altman (“Altman”), as a Constable/Deputy Constable in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, failed to timely file a Statement of Financial Interests for the 2023 calendar year in compliance with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act, 65 Pa.C.S § 1104(a).
2. Per the Consent Agreement of the parties, we hereby levy a civil penalty against Altman in the total amount of $150.00 for Altman’s delinquent Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2023.
3. To the extent Altman has not already done so, Altman is ordered to make payment of the aforesaid civil penalty in the total amount of $150.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by utilizing this Commission’s electronic payment system or by forwarding to this Commission a certified check or money order in the amount of $150.00 made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.
4. Failure to comply with Paragraph 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.
