When choosing an insurance company or agent to work with there are many things to consider. Cost is among them but is not the only thing to research.  Other considerations like, how is the customer service, is the coverage you are being offered adequate, does the company or agent have a complaint history or past misconduct.

No two companies are the same, so a good rule of thumb is to compare at least three companies.
