The Administrative Hearings Office receives filings, conducts hearings, and prepares adjudications in matters concerning insurance laws and regulations.

The Office of Press and Communications coordinates the public information program through the preparation of news releases, speeches, and printed materials. The office also coordinates the speaking engagements of department staff.
