    Filing Requirements​ – Holding Company-Related

     
    PLEASE NOTE FILING FEES ARE DUE WITH THE FILINGS. 
    • Dividends and Other Distributions, notification of intention to pay 
    • Form A, acquisition of control of or merger with a domestic insurer 
    • Form B, insurance holding company system annual registration statement   
    • Form C, summary of registration statement  
    • Form D, prior notice of a transaction  
    • Form E, pre-acquisition notification statement  
    • Form F, enterprise risk report 
    • Legal Entity Grid, If you are required to file Form B, Holding Company Registration Statement, and PA is considered to be the lead regulator of the group, the Department expects to receive the Legal Entity Grid by 7/1. The Legal Entity Grid should contain complete and up-to-date information for every legal entity in the group as a separate line on the grid.  After the initial submission of the Legal Entity Grid, the Grid should be updated annually by the due date.
