    Risant Health, Inc. & Kaiser Foundation Hospitals Request to Acquire Geisinger

    Risant Health, Inc. and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals have filed an application to acquire control of Geisinger Health Plan, Geisinger Quality Options, Inc., and Geisinger Indemnity Insurance Company. The filing was received on June 26, 2023, and was made under the requirements of Article XIV of The Insurance Company Law of 1921 (40 P.S. §§ 991.1401—991.1414).
