    Licensee Ordering of Wine & Spirits

    There are a number of ways various licensees can order and purchase wine and spirits from the PLCB, including through the Licensee Online Order Portal, buying at Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores and licensee service centers, purchasing throgh bulk alcohol purchase orders and submitting Special Orders.

    Resources for Licensees

    Only AE permittees may use the Bulk Alcohol Purchase Order Request System, and valid permit and license identification numbers are required. 

    Retail licensees that can't find the products they seek through LOOP, Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores or licensee service centers may want to explore Special Order. There are thousands of products suppliers have opted to make available through Special Order, some exclusively available only to licensees and not retail customers. 

    State law allows suppliers to offer merchandise not available in Fine Wine & Good Spirits (FW&GS) stores or licensee service centers (LSC) to licensees and/or retail customers as Special Orders (SO).
