    • The OSBA helped Pennsylvania American Water reach a settlement that established the first-ever formal commercial customer payment arrangement. Implementation of this program helped reduce the financial pressure small businesses experience due to increased utility expenses.
    • In fiscal year 2023-2024, the OSBA has served 1.1 million small businesses across the Commonwealth by saving them over $14.5 million dollars in utility rate savings.
