    This is the Quarterly meeting of the Pennsylvania Citizen Law Enforcement Advisory and Review (CLEAR) Commission. CLEAR was created by Executive Order 2023-21 to assist law enforcement agencies under the Governor’s jurisdiction with improving their policing practices. It is comprised of Pennsylvania citizens focused on promoting transparency, fairness, and accountability among the Commonwealth’s state law enforcement agencies by reviewing events, policies, practices, and procedures

    This is the Quarterly meeting of the Pennsylvania Citizen Law Enforcement Advisory and Review (CLEAR) Commission.

    06/17/24 Quarterly Meeting

    The CLEAR Commission held a quarterly​ meeting, virtually and in-person at the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency Building, 3101 N. Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110. The Commission continues its work assisting law enforcement agencies under the Governor’s jurisdiction with improving their policing practices.

    03/19/24 Quarterly Meeting

    This is the inaugural meeting of the Pennsylvania Citizen Law Enforcement Advisory and Review (CLEAR) Commission. The Commission begins its work assisting law enforcement agencies under the Governor’s jurisdiction with improving their policing practices.
