Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing a single-lane restriction in the outbound Liberty Tunnel in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Sunday night, March 16 weather permitting.
A single-lane restriction will occur in the outbound (southbound) Liberty Tunnel from 10 p.m. Sunday night through 4 a.m. Monday morning to allow crews to conduct lighting replacement work.
