Route 1002 Cherryhill Road Slide Repair Begins Monday in North Sewickley

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing slide repair work on Cherryhill Road (Route 1002) in North Sewickley Township, Beaver County will begin Monday, April 21 weather permitting.

Single-lane alternating traffic controlled by flaggers will occur weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Cherryhill Road between Route 351 and Brighton Road. Crews will conduct slide repair work and drainage improvements through late May.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
