Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing the long-term closure of the bridge that carries Route 168 (Eastbrook Road) over Hottenbaurgh Run in Hickory Township, Lawrence County, will begin today, Monday, March 6 weather permitting.
Beginning at approximately 9 a.m. on Monday, the Route 168 bridge located between Maitland Lane (Route 1002) and Eastbrook Neshannock Falls Road (Route 1009) will close to traffic around-the-clock through mid-September. All traffic will be detoured.

Operations on the structure include a full superstructure replacement, asphalt pavement, drainage and guide rail upgrades, sign and pavement marker installation, and other miscellaneous construction activities. The $1.10 million project is expected to conclude in mid-September 2023.
