Uniontown, PA – PennDOT District 12 would like to inform motorists of the closure of Route 1010 (Georgetown Road) between Church Street and Simpson Street in Cecil Township, Washington County. Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 26 and continue through Thursday, June 29, weather and operational dependent.
This closure will be in place to allow crews to perform pipe replacement and slide repairs.
A posted detour will be in place utilizing Route 1009 (Morganza Road), Route 1002 (East McMurray Road), and Route 19 (Washington Road).
Crews from PennDOT District 12 will be performing the work.
