Westbound Interstate 70 Single-Lane Restriction Scheduled Next Week in Washington County

​Uniontown, PA – PennDOT District 12 would like to inform motorists of a single-lane restriction scheduled next week on westbound Interstate 70 between Exit 1 (West Alexander) and Exit 11 (Taylorstown) in Washington County.

The single-lane restriction will be in place from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday, October 11 and Thursday, October 12, weather and operational dependent.

Department crews will be performing shoulder cutting work in the passing lane.

Motorists should exercise caution traveling through work zones, be alert for workers, and allow extra travel time.
