Soil Remediation to Impact Traffic on I-99 Southbound Tuesday

Clearfield, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that the right (travel) lane and shoulder of Interstate 99 at mile marker 68.8 near the Grays Woods exit in Patton Township, Centre County, will be closed between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Tuesday, February 18. EnviroServe of Winfield, PA, will be conducting site remediation for a diesel fuel spill at this location.

PennDOT anticipates minor delays while this work occurs and urges drivers to slow down and stay alert for slow-moving traffic and construction vehicles entering and exiting the roadway.
