Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that a bridge rehabilitation project is set to begin next week on Winding Road (Route 1020) in Fishing Creek Township, Columbia County. The bridge, which carries Winding Road over Fishing Creek, is located at the intersection of Route 487.

On Monday, April 21, 2025, the contractor, H&P, Inc., will begin preparation work for the bridge rehabilitation project.
