Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of single lane conditions next week on Globe Mills Road (Route 1007) in Middlecreek Township, Snyder County, for bridge maintenance.
On Monday, April 28, 2025, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) bridge crew will perform bridge cleaning of the truss bridge over Middle Creek. Work includes cleaning the bridge deck, and abutment bearings. A specialized crane will be used to assist with cleaning of the abutment bearings.
Traffic Impacts:
Motorists can expect single lane conditions with flagging between Sale Barn Road and Hollow Road, northwest of the village of Kreamer. Work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, weather permitting.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel and drive with caution.
