Tree Removal Project Next Week on Route 125 in Coal Township, Northumberland County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of lane restrictions next week on Route 125 in Coal Township, Northumberland County, for tree clearing.

On Monday, April 14, 2025 and Tuesday, April 15, 2025, a contractor for H&K Group, will be clearing trees near the Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area ATV entrance, just north of Gowen City. Motorists can anticipate occasional lane restrictions with flagging where work is being performed. Work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, weather permitting.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, watch for lane changes, and drive with caution through the work zone.
