12:30 PM UPDATE: Route 45 is open in Hartley Township, Union County.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that Route 45 (Old Turnpike Road) is closed in both directions between Route 235 and Fairground Road (Route 3020) in Hartley Township, Union County, due to a vehicle crash.
A detour using Route 235 and Fairground Road is in place. The roadway is expected to be closed throughout the morning.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
