Philadelphia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that 20-30 W Allens Lane Partners LLC will begin utility construction next week on Allens Lane in Philadelphia.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, April 14, through Wednesday, April 30, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Allens Lane is scheduled to be closed weekdays between Germantown Avenue and Bryan Street. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Bryan Street, Nippon Street, and Germantown Avenue. Local access will be maintained.
- Monday, April 14, through Wednesday, April 30, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, a lane closure with flagging is scheduled weekdays on Allens Lane between Bryan Street and Cresheim Road.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near and through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
20-30 W Allens Lane Partners LLC will complete this work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
