King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that milling and paving operations are planned on several state highways in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, April 21, and Tuesday, April 22, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure is scheduled on Broad Run Road between Good Hope Road and Newark Road in London Britain and New Garden townships, Chester County.
- Monday, April 21, through Friday, April 25, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Kutztown Road between Route 663 (Layfield Road) and Schwenkenfelder Road in Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County.
- Monday, April 21, through Friday, April 25, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure is scheduled on Route 291 (4th Street/Industrial Highway/Governor Printz Boulevard) between Harrah’s Boulevard and Bartram Avenue in the City of Chester, Eddystone Borough, and Tinicum Township, Delaware County.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near or through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
