King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that pipe replacement is scheduled on several state highways in Bucks and Montgomery counties.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, April 21, through Friday, April 25, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Falls Tullytown Road will be closed between Mill Creek Parkway and New Falls Road in Falls Township, Bucks County. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Mill Creek Parkway, Levittown Parkway, New Falls Road, and Falls Tullytown Road.
- Tuesday, April 22, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Evans Road will be closed between Plymouth Road and Sumneytown Pike in Lower Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Sumneytown Pike, U.S. 202 (Dekalb Pike), and Plymouth Road.
- Tuesday, April 22, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Evergreen Road will be closed between Linfield Road/Sanatoga Road and Lightcap Road in Lower Pottsgrove and Limerick townships, Montgomery County. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Evergreen Road, Rupert Road, High Street, Pleasantview Road, and Linfield Road.
Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
