The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today is announcing a restriction on the T-409 bridge over Tuscarora Creek in Tell Township, Huntingdon County. The bridge restriction will be bridge is limited to one truck effective today once signage has been placed.
The bridge had previously not had a restriction. This bridge carries approximately 64 vehicles per day.
Creating the restriction will slow deterioration on the bridge and will preserve safety until repairs or a replacement can occur.
