The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is advising motorists to expect delays on Route 4013 (Keysertown Road) and Route 4027 (Kline’s Mill Road) in Somerset County beginning on Monday, April 7, 2025.
The contractor will implement temporary single-lane closures under standard daylight flagging operations as crews fill and patch roads and paint lines throughout Somerset County, starting on Route 4013 (Keysertown Road) and Route 4027 (Kline’s Mill Road).
As always, PennDOT stresses extra caution in all work zones. Motorists should drive slowly, eliminate all distractions, and stay alert for direction from advanced signage.
Quaker Sales, Johnstown, Pa., is the contractor for the 34.5-mile, $2.78 million pavement preservation project. The anticipated completion date is August 2025.
