State Museum of Pennsylvania Presents Noon Year’s Celebration

Harrisburg, PA - The State Museum of Pennsylvania presents the 12th annual edition of its popular Noon Year’s Eve celebration. Join museum staff, volunteers and other junior revelers and their families from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday, December 29 for an exciting opportunity to “ring in” the New Year. Visitors will have an opportunity to make crafts, have a snack, experience winter animals with ZooAmerica and dance their way into the “noon” year.

The highlight of this family-friendly event is the museum’s famous firefly and balloon drop at 12:00 PM noon in Memorial Hall.

Curiosity Connection will be open during the event for our visitors under age 5 for activities and play. Space is limited, but a free, timed ticket is required for 45 minutes of play. Curiosity Connection will open at 9:15 AM and close at 2:00 PM.

The event is included with general admission to the museum.
