Harrisburg, PA - The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC) ordered Sales and Marketing Group, Inc., to pay more than $100,766 to former employee Jason Scott, an African American male, of Philadelphia, after the company terminated him because of his race and sex.
The order took effect January 23, 2016.

The commission ordered the company to cease discriminating against employees based on race and sex, and to pay Scott $56 for expenses and $100,766 for lost wages plus interest.
Sales and Marketing Group, Inc. has 30 days to report to the commission on how it will comply with the order.
