The presentation will review several benefits in-depth and how you can work with your healthcare provider to ensure you are receiving preventive care. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
Annual Open Enrollment Period (AOEP) Presentation
This presentation details information about Medicare's Annual Open Enrollment Period and changes to Medicare for the upcoming year. AOEP Enrollment Event
This event is for the Medicare Annual Open Enrollment Period. During this event, certified PA MEDI counselors will assist beneficiaries in comparing and enrolling in Medicare Advantage Plans or Part D Prescription drug plans. Beneficiaries will also be screened for various assistance programs during the event. Appointments are generally required, but some programs accept walk-ins. If attending an enrollment event, please bring a copy of your Medicare card, a list of your current providers and a list of your prescription medications.
Part B and/or Part D Penalty Presentation
This presentation details information about Part B and Part D penalties. The presentation includes information about eligibility and enrollment into Medicare, how to avoid potential penalties, how penalties are assessed and what to do if you currently have a Part B or Part D penalty. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
Health Fair/Expo
PA MEDI staff and/or volunteers will be available at a public location to provide information about Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, Assistance Programs and Prescription Drug plan.
