Supplier/Vendor Lookup Tool

This search tool provides the registration information as recorded in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's supplier/vendor database.

• When searching by either Name or Supplier ID (SAP Vendor Number), the following information will be displayed:
  • Supplier ID (SAP Vendor Number)
  • Name 1
  • Name 2
  • Street
  • PO Box
  • City
  • Region (State)
  • Postal Code

• When searching by Supplier Name or part of the Supplier Name,
  • Try to filter by using wildcards (*).  Wildcards are not required but may help with the search results.
    • For example: *PENNSYVLANIA*DEPARTMENT*
  • The search is run on the Name fields in the database.
  • It's important to keep trying variations of the Name if the search does not provide the desired results.

• The “Find” button must be clicked for results to be displayed and for new results to display when running more searches.  The ‘Enter’ key will not start a search.

• The first 20 results are displayed.  Select the “More” button below the results to load an additional 20 results.
