Fiscal Recovery Reports

The federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) awards in State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF).

About Fiscal Recovery Reports

As part of the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was awarded $7,291,328,098 in State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF).  These funds were received on May 21, 2021.

As part of Act 1A of 2021, the Pennsylvania General Assembly appropriated $4.6 billion of the funds for use in Fiscal Year 2021-22.  The funds were appropriated into six specific uses, all being claimed under the revenue replacement (EC6) provisions of the American Rescue Plan Act.

Pennsylvania will be developing annual Recovery Plan reports with information about how SLFRF dollars have been used or are planning to be used.
