    • The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts' physical location is: 216 Finance Building, which is at the corner of Commonwealth & North Streets, Harrisburg, PA 17120
    • Hours of business: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday
    • To schedule a meeting with a member of our staff, please contact the appropriate individual in advance, to ensure availability and location.

    • The PCA is located in the Finance Building, part of the historic Capitol Complex completed in 1939. The Commonwealth hired artists to create sculptures and murals for the building, and philosophers to select quotations engraved in various building locations.
