Act 6 Residential Lending Rates

Act 6 egulates the maximum lawful interest rate for residential mortgages in the state. The Department of Banking calculates and announces the ceiling rate each month by adding 2.50 percentage points to the yield rate on long-term government bonds as published by the Federal Reserve Board or the United States Treasury.

 

Residential lending rates are included for each month of the current year. Historical data is also available.
