    ​​​​Transfer/Articulation and Dual-Credit Agreements

    Act 76 of 2019​​

    Act 76 of 2019 requir​es institutions of higher education and public schools to provide the Transfer and Articulation Oversight Committee and the Pennsylvania Department of Education with copies of all articulation agreements. Changes must be submitted within 30 days of entering into any subsequent articulation agreements. Changes may be submitted to ra-highereducation@pa.gov. 

    Act 55 of ​2022

    ​​​​​​Act 55 of 2022 requires each school district, career and technical center (CTC), and charter school to enter into an agreement with an institution of higher education to allow students to enroll in college coursework prior to high school graduation. Agreements must meet the requirements in the law. No later than July 31, 2023, and each year thereafter, schools must submit agreements and related data to PDE.​
