By LEA type:

  • $43.5 million for CTCs based on share of CTE subsidy formula;

  • $43.5 million for IUs based on MV/PI and ADMs;
  • $14 million for A-TSI designated schools based on economically disadvantaged enrollment;
  • $19.9 million for programs for delinquent, neglected, and at-risk youth (as defined by Act 24 of 2021) based on Title I-D shares

  • $6 million to eight McKinney-Vento funded regional offices;
  • $18 million distributed using a formula calculating the LEA allocation under Title I Part A of the ESEA  and the number of identified homeless children and youth served during the 2018-19 school year.

Other Use Requirements
  • At LEAST 20% must be used to address learning loss through evidence based interventions
  • The remainder can be used for a broad array of programs and providing professional training; extending the school day or year; making technology purchases; providing mental health supports; and undertaking priority school facility repairs and improvements. ​

At LEAST:

  • 30% must be used for social, emotional and mental health supports
  • 10% must be used for professional development and technical assistance to educators, school support staff, school leaders and school health professionals to address the social, emotional, and mental health needs of students
  • 8% must be used for reading support and improvement for students
