The PDE-2071, used by the Pennsylvania Department of Education to process state reimbursement for reimbursable school construction projects, has been revised. The submission of PDE-2071's will now take place through a new online application system in the Consolidated Financial Reporting System (CFRS).
The application must be completed for all approved issues, notes and loans. Please note that the application may NOT be filed until the PlanCon Part H (Part K, when refinancing) has been approved by the Department.
Please note that any paper PDE-2071 applications that are received in the mail will no longer be processed.
