Make your own butter!
Items needed:
- Glass jar, size of your choice
- Heavy whipping cream
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Fill jar halfway with heavy whipping cream
- Add a small pinch of salt to jar
- Seal jar and shake for approximately 10 minutes
- About halfway through shaking, check the contents of your jar, the liquid you see is buttermilk, feel free to taste it!
- Return the lid and continue to shake, once your contents are solid you have butter!
