    Habitat -- Clear, cool, open lakes and ponds, also in a few slow-moving streams with rocky bottoms

    How

    Bait -- Worms or grubs fished on or near the bottom
    Lures -- Spinners, twisters, and crankbaits
    Lure Color -- White, yellow, green
    Line -- 2-4 lb. test
    Hook Size -- 4-8
    Lure Size -- 1/32 to 1/8 oz.
