The Family Planning Program goals include preventing high-risk pregnancies among sexually active adolescents aged 17 years and younger.
Clinical services provided at the local clinics include:

- Cancer screening and examinations;
- General health screening;
- Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) diagnosis, treatment, education and counseling; and,
- HIV/AIDS education and screening
