Overview
The Governor’s Office of Administration supports Pennsylvania’s executive branch through programs for:
- Information Technology: Sets technology standards, prioritizes projects, and manages infrastructure, security, applications, project management, and staffing.
- Human Resources: Manages salaries, benefits, diversity, training, workplace safety, labor relations, and more.
- Equal Employment Opportunity: Manages policies, training, and investigations for harassment and discrimination
- Ensuring Continuity: Plans and coordinates among state agencies to maintain critical services during emergencies.
- Managing Records: Drafts policies, standards, and procedures for the use, maintenance, retention, and disposal of records.
The Department of General Services and the Office of the Budget also assist state agencies.
