OGC Hiring Process

Three Steps to Getting Hired

All applications are reviewed by members of the Hiring Committee, which represents a cross-section of OGC attorneys.  The OGC Hiring Committee employs a three-step process to determine the hiring and placement of OGC attorneys.

  1. Submission of Credentials: Preliminary review of skills and qualifications to determine appropriateness for further consideration by the Committee;

  2. Agency Interview: Dependent on OGC needs and position availability, candidates then interview with one of the OGC agency legal offices;

  3. Hiring Committee Interview: An interview with two or more members of the Hiring Committee.
